~Process~

For original characters, have multiple references ready; a mixture of written and visual preferences are preferred. Also, please be sure to explicitly outline details such as their age, height, and weight/general body type in these references so I can depict them as accurately as possible. Characters with only written descriptions may incur extra fees for character design—although, these are likely to be modest compared to actual character design commissions. If you do not have character art, it can be helpful to gather images such as: faceclaims, outfit references, similar looking characters, etc to help lower character design fees.
In addition to character references, please have references for poses, scenery, etc where applicable. If you have a specific idea in mind, even something as simple as stick figures and diagrams can massively help me get the correct vision for you work. Do note that images with numerous characters, complex designs and scenery, intricate poses and scenes, etc may incur extra fees.
I will send an invoice through Paypal, and begin work on the commission once paid in full. For commissions over $100, I am willing to negotiate payment plans, especially for repeat customers; however, please understand that depending on how well I know you, I may either deny payment plans or only begin major work on the commission once the plan is paid off.
I will send sketches to the customer, during which revisions or a full refund may be requested. I will not accept full refunds after the sketching stage. Revisions may be requested after the sketching stage, but depending on the complexity and number of revisions requested, they may incur extra fees.
My current estimate for production time is 2 to 12 weeks, but this could be longer depending on the size of the commission and personal circumstances. I will give updates on the commission as I progress through the various stages, and commissioners may ask for updates at any time. I am willing to negotiate prices for rush commissions.
If for some reason I am unable to finish a commissions, I retain the right to cancel the commission on the condition that the commissioner is refunded in full.
Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and such behavior may void a commission. In this event, I reserve the right to partially refund the commissioner based on the progress of the commission, and to refuse service to the commissioner in the future.

~Usage~

Commissions may be used for most personal purpose, including, but not limited to: avatars, putting on your own website, etc. While you need not credit me every time you repost the image, I do ask that you credit me whenever it is reasonable and feasible. Under no circumstances are commissions to be used for commercial purposes unless discussed first.
I, the artist, retain full rights over the commission. You cannot claim ownership or creation over the commission, nor is it allowed to be edited beyond cropping (adding a frame to use it as a social media avatar, such as what is done through Twibbon, is also acceptable). I am willing to make private commissions, but this should be discussed beforehand; otherwise, I am free to share the commission within my portfolio, on my social media, etc.
For character and outfit design commissions, usage rights will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Commissions cannot in any way be used in conjunction with any blockchain technologies, including NFTs, and any future inventions in the field.
Commissions cannot in any way be used in conjunction with any artificial intelligence (A.I.) technologies, including but not limited to: using them as training data, editing them using A.I. technologies, using book covers for A.I. assisted novels, etc. Any such use is unauthorized and disavowed by me.
Breaking the terms of service may result in a permanent ban from ordering commissions in the future; and for severe offenses (such as selling unauthorized products), I may feel the need to publicly post about this to warn other artists.
